By downloading, installing, or using Ludo Verse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Ludo Verse features a global leaderboard that displays users' in-game scores to foster competition and community engagement. By enabling the global leaderboard feature, you explicitly consent to the app uploading your anonymized score data (e.g., username/score pairs, without personal identifiers like email or device ID) to our servers for ranking and display purposes.
Prior to any score upload, the app will prompt you with a clear consent dialog explaining:
You must actively accept to enable uploads. Withdrawing consent at any time will prevent further uploads and remove your scores from the leaderboard.
No personal data is collected or uploaded via the leaderboard without your explicit knowledge and consent as described in our Privacy Policy at https://ludoverse.live/privacy-policy.html .
You may disable the global leaderboard in the app settings at any time, which stops all uploads and allows score deletion from our servers upon request.

Ludo Verse allows users to interact, chat, and display profile information ("User Content"). We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community.

We utilize automated systems and manual moderation to filter objectionable content before it is posted or immediately upon detection.
Users can flag objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the App. All reports are anonymous.
Users have immediate ability to block abusive users to prevent further contact.
Find the "Report" button next to any chat message or on a user's profile
Tap the button to submit an anonymous report to our moderation team
Our team reviews and acts on all reports within 24 hours
Navigate to the chat with the user you want to block
Tap the "i" (Information) button in the chat interface
Choose the "Block" option from the menu
Press "Block" to confirm. The user will be immediately blocked and cannot contact you again
We take all reports of objectionable content seriously and strictly enforce the following timeline:
Upon receiving a report of objectionable content, our moderation team will review the report and act within 24 hours.
If content is found to be in violation of these Terms, it will be removed immediately.
Users who are found to have posted objectionable content or engaged in abusive behavior will be ejected from the service. This may result in a temporary suspension or a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the violation.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, specifically regarding the safety and UGC policies outlined above.
